Unlock your potential in the water with our expertly designed swimming programs! From beginners to advanced swimmers, our classes cater to all ages and skill levels.
Dragonets are beginner swimmers who are just starting to learn the fundamentals of swimming. They focus on basic water safety, floating, and learning the elementary strokes like freestyle and backstroke. Dragonets are building confidence in the water and developing their basic swimming abilities.
Pendragons are intermediate-level swimmers who have a good grasp of basic swimming strokes and techniques. They are comfortable swimming longer distances and can perform more advanced drills. Pendragons are still developing their endurance and speed but have a solid foundation in swimming skills.
Dracos are the most advanced swimmers. Dracos have mastered all four swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) and demonstrate strong endurance, speed, and technique in the water. They can perform complex swimming drills and have a deep understanding of swim strategies and competition rules.
Our classes are tailored to meet the needs of every swimmer, from the very first splash to advanced techniques. Whether your child is a Dragonet learning the basics or a Draco perfecting their strokes, our structured levels ensure personalized progress and development.
Our certified and experienced instructor is dedicated to providing high-quality instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment. He focuses on refining techniques and building confidence, helping each child reach their full potential.
We incorporate fun and engaging activities into our lessons to keep kids motivated and excited about swimming. Our curriculum emphasizes safety, technique, and enjoyment, making every class a memorable experience.
Our facility at Nepean SportSplex is equipped with modern amenities and a safe, clean environment. We ensure that every class is conducted in a setting that promotes learning and comfort.
Beyond swimming skills, we emphasize the development of personal attributes such as perseverance, discipline, and teamwork. Our approach nurtures not only strong swimmers but also well-rounded individuals.
